Why is everything based around roses?

We have created our Collection package based around what we feel is the classical flower for weddings – the rose. Roses have a timeless elegance and are synonymous with love, so what better bloom to use in our packages and mark this special occasion?

The name of the rose

We know our stuff, and we know that there are certain varieties of rose that are winners every time. The ‘avalanche’ varieties (classic Avalanche, Pink Avalanche and Peach Avalanche) are absolutely stunning and blow into the most stunning shaped blooms, which open perfectly and uniformly. Memory Lane is a real modern classic of a rose with a mild scent and a delicate lilac colour. We use these varieties all the time and are confident you will love them as much as we do.

Rose knows

Roses are also quite easy to care for, making them another ideal choice as the feature flower in our Collection. The table flowers are supplied in containers and have either oasis or fresh water to keep them hydrated (ensure any item in oasis is kept out of direct heat and sunlight so’s not to let the foam dry out!) The bridal party bouquets will also be supplied with a hydration source – ensure you remove this 30-60 minutes prior to leaving for your ceremony. the buttonholes will also be provided with dainty hydration packs – remove these and wipe the stems directly before application!

So hopefully now you know a little more about why we choose the rose as the star of the show!

It proves that just because it’s a ‘package’ deal it isn’t the poor option. It is simply the easy way to flower you wedding day.

We designed our package allowing for great quality roses to always be the ‘star’ bloom (in one of the following colours – ivory, pink, lilac, peach or mixed) we then select the best quality, seasonal options to complement that rose and your colour choice. It’s this flexibility to use the most appropriate flower at the market that day, along with the fact that YOU collect the flowers yourself the evening before your wedding, that allows us to price our package so competitively.

Not only do we provide you with a gorgeous bridal bouquet, two bridesmaid posies and six boutonnières (suitable for ladies or gents) you also receive a design suitable for a registrar table  or top table.

The six jars of flowers are perfect for tables – and because you get to keep the jars you can give these away at the end of the night without worrying about returning anything back to us!

If you need anything extra – no problem you can purchase add on items ( At this time we are unable to remove or alter items in the package without an extra service charge)
